Unparalleledimage quality The rear-exposed 33-megapixel Exmor R full-frame sensor with high-speed readout, high sensitivity, and highly accurate color reproduction, combined with the high processing power of the new Bionz XR image processor, ensures outstanding image quality. Thanks to high ISO sensitivity (expandable to ISO 50-204800 for photos and 100-102400 for videos) even in low light.

In addition to the two classic RAW and JPEG formats, the HEIF format (High Efficiency Image File) is also available for photos. Thanks to this format’s inherent 4:2:2 color sampling and 10-bit color depth, even the finest gradations are reproduced naturally and realistically.

The 7 IV has two media slots that support UHS-I and UHS-II SDXC and SDHC cards. In addition, one of the slots is compatible with CFexpress Type A memory cards. This means that high read and write speeds are also possible without any problems.
